From stigma to culture — cannabis.

We uncover overlooked, misunderstood, and buried value, and release it back into the world.

We reshape cannabis—long associated with stigma—into bonsai, transforming it from a drug-based perception into something to observe, grow, and build a relationship with, gradually changing how it is seen in society.

We work with bamboo by drawing out its natural qualities, reinterpreting bamboo smoking tools once used by cannabis enthusiasts in the 1970s into forms that fit today’s world—turning them into meaningful objects used in everyday life.We also rediscover Japanese craftsmanship buried in Thailand’s second markets, bringing it back into the world not as secondhand goods, but as value shaped by culture and the hands of artisans.

Organic Gangster uncovers the meaning behind each piece and redefines how value itself is perceived.

From stigma to culture — cannabis.

By combining Japanese bonsai tradition, natural driftwood, and ceramics, we transform cannabis from something to consume into something to grow and build a relationship with. Each piece begins with driftwood shaped by time in nature, carefully cleaned and refined, then paired with cannabis and ceramic vessels to create a balanced composition. Rather than something used and forgotten, it becomes something to observe, care for, and live with. Through this process, we shift the perception of cannabis from something negative into something that can be understood, appreciated, and experienced as culture. MORE

From bamboo to functional smoking tools.

From shaping raw bamboo to the final finish, each piece is handcrafted as we reinterpret traditional bamboo smoking tools for modern use. We begin with natural bamboo, carefully cutting, carving, and refining it by hand to reveal its unique texture and strength. Inspired by tools once commonly used among cannabis enthusiasts, we redesign them to fit contemporary lifestyles without losing their original character. Rather than leaving bamboo as a simple material, we transform it into something functional, intentional, and made to be used in everyday life. MORE

A Media Platform Focused on Medical Cannabis.

We uncover Japanese ceramics buried in Thailand’s second markets and bring them back into the world not as secondhand goods, but as pieces shaped by time and craftsmanship. Many of these ceramics were handmade decades ago, carrying the techniques, intentions, and cultural background of their makers. Once separated from their original context, they remain overlooked and undervalued. By rediscovering and reintroducing them, we restore their meaning and connect them to new environments where they can be appreciated and used again. English 日本語
