Ganja Bonsai Sake Cup 01

Story&Details

This sake cup (guinomi) features a deep black glaze with subtle blue tones that appear depending on the light. Natural kiln effects created during firing give the surface a unique texture and color variation. The slightly rough clay body provides a comfortable grip, and the gently open rim helps release the aroma of sake. Pieces with this style are commonly seen in modern Japanese studio pottery from around the 1990s–2010s. The cup measures approximately 6–7 cm in diameter and 4–5 cm in height, representing the quiet and minimalist beauty of contemporary Japanese sake ware.
